Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using this service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

This service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. By using this service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age required by law in your jurisdiction, you may only use the service with parental consent.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and choose a unique username. You may only have one account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Data Collection

We collect and store the following information:

• Email address (for account verification and recovery)
• Username and profile information you provide
• IP addresses (logged on each session)
• Chat messages and content you post
• Usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration)

5. Staff Access

Moderators, managers, and owners (staff) can view usernames, chat messages, and IP addresses for moderation purposes. Owners may also view email addresses. There is no expectation of privacy in the chatroom or any public-facing feature.

6. IP Address Usage

IP addresses are used for rate limiting, ban enforcement, alt account detection, and abuse prevention. They may be stored alongside your account for security purposes.

7. Chat Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
• Pornography or sexually explicit content
• Linking, sharing, or posting links to explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content (including through images, GIFs, embeds, or external URLs)
• Sharing links to malicious, phishing, scam, or harmful websites
• Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
• Spam, flooding, or disruptive behavior
• Doxxing or sharing personal information of others
• Threats of violence or self-harm
• Any illegal activity or content

8. Reporting & Legal Compliance

We reserve the right to — and WILL — report illegal content (including but not limited to CSAM) to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement agencies.

When making such reports, we may include user data such as email addresses, IP addresses, chat messages, and any other relevant information.

9. Data Sharing

Your data is never sold. It may be shared with:

• Law enforcement — when required by law or to protect safety
• Safety organizations — such as NCMEC, for child safety reports
• Infrastructure providers — such as Supabase (database), for service operation

10. Enforcement

Staff may issue bans, site timeouts, or chat timeouts at their discretion. Enforcement actions may be applied by account, IP address, or both. Circumventing bans (including via alt accounts) will result in additional action.

11. Service Availability

This service is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

12. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
